do u know that feeling when u wake up from a bad dream but can’t recall the dream itself? then ur mind starts giving u random images maybe fragments of it but ur not even sure if they’re actual fragments or if ur brain is just flashing those images out of fear or bc you’re pissed off and now ur just sitting there wondering if something actually happened in ur dream or if u simply woke up on the wrong side of the bed 😭AM I SOUNDING CRAZY

These past 2 days have been kinda crazy, I’m back at my apartment, had a birthday dinner, went with a friend to do a crazy piercing (she did) and Im aware I’ve missed the rest of the spirit week life has been REALLY overwhelming, I was on 4 xanax’s yesterday (all safe by my psychiatrist) this being said, yesterday was worlds mental health day!!!!! Should be every single day, check out everyone, your loved ones, strangers, neighbors, colleagues, family and try to spread awareness. My dms are alway open if anyone is struggling, we have a good community here 🤍
